Policies
In order to provide the best service possible and be fair to all clients, we ask that you comply with the following scheduling policy. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the policies below.
Lush Curls Cuts
If it has been more than 4 months since your last cut at our studio, you cannot book an express cut. You must book a Regular appointment haircut.
All new clients must pay a non-refundable deposit of $40.00 dollars to secure their appointment slot.
New Curly Clients
All new clients must pay a non-refundable deposit of $40.00 dollars to secure their appointment slot.
Consultations
Consultations are required before any color service.
For payment options
it's greatly appreciated if you bring cash as the square has a high transaction fee of almost 3% but no worries I take all major cards as well.
Credit Card on File
All clients (new and returning) are required to enter credit card information to reserve appointment.
Cancellations
I appreciate a minimum of 3 day notice for cancellation, so that I may accommodate other people. If it is less than 24 hours I charge a 75% cancellation fee. If it is a no show I charge 100% of service booked. You can not reschedule your FIRST appointment, it is imperative we stick with the original time together. If more than two reschedules happen back to back I unfortunately can’t reschedule you again.
Late Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more after your scheduled appointment time without contacting your stylist, Your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 30% of the price of your service. This will not go toward a future service. It covers the cost of lost time.
No-Show Policy
If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment online or with the stylist within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time and you do not show up at your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the fee for your scheduled service and unable to book any future services.
Fees
All fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy will be charged to the credit card you leave on file when scheduling your appointment. No exceptions.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, fees assessed for violation of Scheduling Policy, or for any deposits made. If you are unsatisfied with a service, and notify us within 5 days, we will make every effort to find a solution to achieve your specific needs.
Scheduling a service is your acceptance of the policies listed above.
